In order to FICA and be able to withdraw your winnings you will need to send us an email or whatsapp with your username and attach the following two things:
1) A copy of your South African ID, or passport. *All black and white copies must be certified.

When all required documents was received in good order (copies are visible and according to FICA Regulations), the FICA process usually takes a day at the most.
When required documents was not received in good order (copies not clear or bank statement has an e-stamp and not a stamp by a bank consultant), the FICA process can take much longer.

No we do not accept a bank statement with a device stamp. The bank statement must have a self-inked stamp done by a Consultant of the bank.

Select your desired method of withdrawal.
We are also able to deposit your winnings directly into your account by email. Send an email to 'withdrawal@Lucky365.co.za' with your username, the amount you wish to be deposited and your banking details.
PLEASE NOTE for withdrawals over R25 000 you will also need to resend your FICA documents.

Users who requests a withdrawal via email or bank transfer withdrawal must make sure of the following:
- Email withdrawal request must be sent from the email they registered their account with.
- In the body of the email users must include the following
- The username/ ID
- Amount to be withdrawn
- Banking details
- The following documents should be attached in the email
- Bank Statement, Stamped by a teller stamp
- Proof of residence
- Certified copy of your ID
- The Residential address on the proof of residence should match exactly to the one on our system.
NB:
- We do not accept, e-stamped, ATM or internet statements
- We do not pay into any third-party bank accounts
- No documents should be older than three months
- The information on the documentation must agree to the documentation that was submitted for FICA.
- The same documentation will be required for Bank transfer withdrawal requests
- Even if documents were submitted for FICA, we will require the above documentation to be forwarded again.
Please note that the above is a security measure to ensure that we pay the correct User to the correct account number.
If the amount is less than R25,000.00 it takes 24 hours if payment is being made to an FNB, Nedbank, ABSA or Standard Bank account. If the account is at any other bank, it can take up to 3 working days to reflect in the account.
FICA documents must be submitted for any amount greater than R24,999.00. Once all the correct FICA documents are received, payment will be done within 24 hours.
Amounts greater than R49,999.00 will take at least 3 working days to be processed.
No payments above R25,000.00 will be processed over weekends.

Online withdrawals are unlimited
If the amount is less than R25000.00 it takes 24 hours. Any amount greater than R24999.00 must be FICA’d. Once all the correct FICA documents are received payment will be done in 24 hours.
If you have a R100 bonus then you need to leave R 100 in your account therefore you will only be able to withdraw R 900.
